A new public art project brings poetry to Medford’s sidewalks. The Medford Arts Council introduced ten original haiku to main streets throughout the city. Stenciled using the RainWorks method, the poems are only visible when wet, making them a hidden literary surprise for pedestrians out on a rainy day. Sites for #MysticHaiku include Haines Square, Boston Avenue, the Medford Senior Center, and the Medford Public Library. Stay tuned for more updates on our progress.
